1. Definitions

Toto888 may close duplicate accounts and review related balances, bonuses, bets, or withdrawals where multiple-account activity is identified.

3. Registration and Account Security

Registration information must be accurate, complete, and kept current. This includes your legal name, date of birth, contact information, residential address, and any payment details requested during verification. A nickname, false identity, disposable contact detail, or another person's information must not be used.

You are responsible for keeping your Toto888 username, password, verification codes, and device access confidential. Do not share credentials with friends, family members, agents, or support accounts on unsecured messaging services. You must promptly notify Toto888 support if you suspect unauthorised access. Activity completed through valid account credentials may be treated as authorised until the platform receives and acts on a security report.

4. Identity Verification and KYC

Documents may include a valid Malaysian identity card, driving licence or passport, a recent utility bill or bank statement, a selfie holding the identity document, and evidence that a payment method belongs to you.

Toto888 may delay account features or payments while documents are reviewed. Submitted files must be clear, current, genuine, and unaltered. Providing forged, misleading, stolen, or edited evidence is a serious breach and may result in suspension, closure, cancellation of associated transactions, and any further action required by applicable obligations.

5. Deposits and Payment Methods

Deposits must come from a payment method owned and controlled by the registered account holder. Depending on availability, payment choices may include Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong, or supported digital assets. Displaying a payment method does not guarantee continuous availability.

The minimum and maximum transaction amounts shown in the Toto888 cashier at the time of payment apply. Banks, eWallet providers, blockchain networks, or payment processors may impose separate fees, limits, conversion rates, or processing times. Toto888 is not responsible for delays caused solely by an external financial provider, network interruption, or incorrect payment information entered by the user.

Deposits are intended for genuine wagering activity. Toto888 is not a bank, money-transfer service, or storage facility. Depositing and requesting an immediate withdrawal without reasonable play may trigger additional verification or transaction review.

6. Withdrawals

Where practical, Toto888 may return funds through the same method used to deposit. An alternative verified method may be required where the original channel cannot receive withdrawals.

Processing estimates are not guarantees. 7. Bonuses and Promotions

Sports bets are settled using the Toto888 market rules and the official result recognised for settlement purposes. Market names, odds, start times, and accepted stakes should be checked before confirmation. Once accepted, a wager generally cannot be changed or cancelled unless the relevant rule permits it.

Toto888 may void or resettle a market where there is an obvious pricing error, incorrect participant, duplicated event, wrong start time, abandoned event, data-feed failure, or other material settlement error. 9. Prohibited Conduct

You must not use Toto888 to engage in:

• Fraud, identity misuse, chargeback abuse, money laundering, or payment activity involving another person's funds.
• Collusion, syndicate play, match manipulation, insider betting, chip dumping, or coordinated exploitation of promotions.
• Use of bots, scripts, automated betting systems, scraping tools, unauthorised software, or methods that interfere with platform operation.
• Exploitation of a software defect, incorrect odds, display error, delayed data feed, or system vulnerability.
• Threatening, abusive, discriminatory, or deceptive communication with Toto888 staff or other users.
• Attempts to bypass age checks, KYC review, self-exclusion, geographic restrictions, or account limits.

Suspected prohibited conduct may result in investigation, restriction, wager review, bonus cancellation, transaction delay, suspension, or account closure. Toto888 may retain relevant records and take action reasonably required to protect users, payment integrity, and platform security.

10. Technical Interruptions and Errors

Toto888 aims to provide stable access but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Mobile networks, internet providers, device settings, maintenance, game-provider systems, power failures, and payment networks can affect availability. Players should maintain a reliable connection and confirm that a bet has been accepted before leaving a page.

Where a game is interrupted, settlement will follow the relevant product rules and available server records. An obvious display, calculation, odds, payout, or balance error does not create a right to incorrectly credited funds. Toto888 may suspend, restrict, or close an account where these Terms & Conditions are breached, verification cannot be completed, unlawful activity is suspected, account security is compromised, or continued service would create operational or legal risk. Legitimate cleared funds will be handled after applicable reviews and deductions are completed.

13. Privacy and Personal Information
